Family - food - time

I don't know how many of you have a family or timing you live under but my life is about the kids (daughter is 7 son is 6) the house (grass, garden for fresh veggies, repairs) and work. Since we are going organic, and we are using whole foods there is always a difficulty in getting meals done in a short period of time. Is there anyone with easy fast (prep and cook in 30~45min) meals that a whole family can enjoy?
