what to do with leftover bread crusts?

i'm normal and therefore i eat entire slices of bread - including the crust. my housemate however does not and she just finished making a bunch of sandwiches - sans crusts - for an event. i'm wondering how i could make use of these left over bread crusts? bread pudding? croutons? other ideas?
